A few days before your departure, we return to reconnect with your pet, allowing them to see us again in the place they know best before their stay begins.
This relaxed visit gently refreshes familiarity, confirms every detail and ensures everything is thoughtfully prepared before you leave.

The Pre-Stay Connection Visit isn't simply about preparing for your departure.

Direct Handover Experience (Optional)
Some pets need a little extra time to feel safe when someone new arrives. That’s why we offer our optional direct handover experience.
We arrive approximately 30 minutes before you leave, allowing your pet to experience a gradual transition from owner to caregiver within the safety of their familiar environment.
This simple but powerful step helps minimise fear, anxiety, and uncertainty while creating a sense of continuity and emotional security from the very beginning of the stay.
